Terms of Service
By using services provided by Stackpeak, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
Stackpeak provides cloud servers, dedicated servers, colocation, CDN and network protection services. The specific scope, configuration, delivery time and service levels are those confirmed in your order or signed service agreement.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You must provide accurate contact information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and all content run on your services, and must comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Payment and renewal
Fees are paid in advance for the billing period stated in your order. Services should be renewed before expiry; if not, we may suspend the service after notice and reclaim resources after the grace period. We are not responsible for data deleted due to non-renewal.
4. Interruptions and maintenance
We make every effort to keep services available. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream network failures or the customer's own actions are outside our responsibility.
5. Suspension and termination
If you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may warn, suspend or terminate your services depending on severity. You may request early termination as set out in your order.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any single incident will not exceed the fees you paid for the affected service in the most recent billing period. You are responsible for backing up your data.
7. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and dispute resolution are as set out in the signed service agreement. Where no agreement is signed, both parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Material changes will be notified by email or other means. Questions: [email protected].
