Please include

The IP address, domain or URL involved;
Date and time of the incident (with time zone);
Evidence such as logs, the original email with full headers, or screenshots;
A short description of the abuse type (spam, phishing, attack, infringement, etc.).

How we handle reports

We acknowledge reports within one business day. Ongoing harm such as phishing, malware or attacks is prioritized and may be suspended immediately. Where appropriate we will let you know the outcome.

Copyright and IP complaints

For copyright or other intellectual property complaints, please also provide proof of rights and the exact location of the infringing content.
