Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what is prohibited on the Stackpeak network and services. It applies to all customers and their end users.

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use our services to engage in or facilitate:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk email, or hosting content advertised by spam;
  • Phishing, impersonation of other sites or people, or fraud;
  • Distributing malware or operating botnets or their command-and-control servers;
  • DDoS or other network attacks;
  • Unauthorized scanning, probing or intrusion into other systems or networks;
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights;
  • Child sexual exploitation material or any illegal content involving minors;
  • Gambling, scams, or any other content or activity prohibited by the laws where the service is located or where the customer is located.

2. Resources and network

You may not use resources in a way that disrupts other customers or our network, and may not forge IP addresses or packet sources.

3. Enforcement

Depending on severity, violations are handled by: notice with a deadline to remedy → suspension of the affected service or IP → termination. For serious illegal or ongoing harmful activity we may suspend immediately without notice and cooperate with the relevant authorities as required by law.
